减速齿轮箱二级蜗杆轴疲劳失效状态检测研究

摘要 为了提升减速齿轮箱二级蜗杆轴疲劳失效状态检测精度,文章提出了一种新的减速齿轮箱二级蜗杆轴疲劳失效状态检测方法。在减速齿轮箱二级蜗杆轴上安装光纤光栅应变传感器,采集蜗杆轴运行信号,采用滤波器系数预处理运行信号,根据预处理后的信号样本建立减速齿轮箱二级蜗杆轴疲劳失效状态检测模型,进而判断其是否存在疲劳失效的迹象。实验结果表明,该方法可以实现减速齿轮箱二级蜗杆轴疲劳失效状态精准快速检测,检测结果具备可靠性。 In order to improve the accuracy of fatigue failure detection of the secondary worm shaft in the deceleration gearbox,a new fatigue failure status detection method of secondary worm shaft in reduction gearbox is proposed.Fiber optic grating strain sensors are installed on the secondary worm shaft of the deceleration gearbox to collect the running signals of the worm shaft.The running signals are preprocessed using filter coefficient.Based on the preprocessed signal samples,a detection model for the fatigue failure state of the secondary worm shaft in the deceleration gearbox is established,and then the presence of fatigue failure signs is determined.Experimental results show that this method can achieve accurate and fast detection of fatigue failure state of the secondary worm shaft in the deceleration gearbox,and the detection results are reliable.
