碳达峰碳中和是中央统筹国内国际两个大局作出的重大战略决策。“加快打造绿色低碳发展示范区”是湖北省第十二次党代会赋予十堰的新定位。站在国家重大战略和省委新的决策部署的历史交汇点,深入研究科技支撑重点行业领域绿色革命与碳达峰碳中和的现实问题与突破重点,不仅是十堰全面准确实施碳达峰碳中和行动的重大理论和实践课题,而且对湖北加快建设全国构建新发展格局先行区也具有重要意义。

Carbon Peak Carbon Neutral is a major strategic decision made by the central government to coordinate the domestic and international situations."Accelerating the creation of a green and low-carbon development demonstration area"is the new positioning given to Shiyan by the 12th Party Congress of Hubei Province.Standing at the historical intersection of national major strategies and new decision-making and deployment of the provincial party committee,in-depth study of science and technology to support the green revolution in key industry sectors and the reality of peak carbon and carbon neutrality and the focus of breakthroughs,not only is the Shiyan comprehensive and accurate implementation of peak carbon and carbon neutrality action of major theoretical and practical issues,but also to accelerate the construction of Hubei to build a new pattern of development of the country's first area of great significance.
