伊伐布雷定治疗快速性心律失常的效果

Efficacy of Ivabradine in the Treatment of Tachyarrhythmia

目的:评估伊伐布雷定治疗快速性心律失常的效果。方法:选取2021年3月—2022年3月昆山市中西医结合医院收治的快速性心律失常患者72例为研究对象,以随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,各36例。对照组接受常规治疗,研究组在此基础上加用伊伐布雷定治疗。比较两组治疗效果、心率、血压、心室功能及不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗前,两组心率、收缩压、舒张压水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组心率、收缩压、舒张压水平降低,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组左心室舒张末期内径、左心室收缩末期内径、左心室射血分数水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组左心室舒张末期内径、左心室收缩末期内径水平降低,研究组低于对照组,两组左心室射血分数水平升高,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:伊伐布雷定在治疗快速性心律失常方面效果较好,可改善心率、血压、心室功能,且未增加不良反应发生风险。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of ivabradine in the treatment of tachyarrhythmia.Methods:Seventy-two patients with tachyarrhythmia admitted to Kunshan Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with thirty-six cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the study group was treated with ivabradine on this basis.The therapeutic effect,heart rate,blood pressure,ventricular function and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the heart rate,systolic blood pressure,and diastolic blood pressure levels of the two groups decreased,with the study group being lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,left ventricular end-systolic diameter and left ventricular ejection fraction between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and left ventricular end-systolic diameter of both groups were decreased,and the study group was lower than the control group;the left ventricular ejection fraction of both groups was increased,and the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ivabradine is effective in the treatment of tachyarrhythmia,improving heart rate,blood pressure,and ventricular function without increasing the risk of adverse reactions.
