二陈汤合三子养亲汤联合西医常规疗法治疗痰浊阻肺型肺炎的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Erchen Decoction and Sanzi Yangqin Decoction Combined with Conventional Western Medicine in the Treatment of Pneumonia with Phlegm Turbidity Obstructing the Lungs

目的:探讨二陈汤合三子养亲汤联合西医常规疗法治疗痰浊阻肺型肺炎的临床效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年6月于广西壮族自治区疾病预防控制中心接受治疗的痰浊阻肺型肺炎患者86例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和中医组,各43例。对照组采取西医常规疗法,中医组采取二陈汤合三子养亲汤联合西医常规疗法。比较两组中医证候积分、炎性因子水平及肺功能指标。结果:治疗后,两组咳嗽、发热、咳痰、胸闷、乏力症状评分降低,中医组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数、C反应蛋白、降钙素原水平降低,中医组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、最大自主通气量、FEV1/FVC水平升高,中医组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:二陈汤合三子养亲汤联合西医疗法治疗痰浊阻肺型肺炎,可改善患者症状,减轻炎性反应,提高肺功能。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Erchen decoction and Sanzi Yangqin decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of pneumonia of phlegm turbidity obstructing the lung type.Methods:Eighty-six patients with pneumonia of the phlegm turbidity obstructing the lung type who received treatment in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Center for Disease Control and Prevention from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the traditional Chinese medicine group according to the method of randomized numerical table,each of which consisted of forty-three cases.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine therapy,and the traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Erchen decoction and Sanzi Yangqin decoction combined with conventional western medicine therapy.Chinese medicine symptom score,inflammatory factor levels and lung function indexes between the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the symptom scores of cough,fever,sputum,chest tightness and fatigue were reduced in both groups,and the traditional Chinese medicine group was lower than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of white blood cell counts,neutrophil counts,C-reactive protein and procalcitonin were reduced in both groups,and the traditional Chinese medicine group was lower than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of forced expiratory volume for one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),maximum voluntary ventilation,and FEV1/FVC were increased in the two groups,and the traditional Chinese medicine group was higher than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Erchen decoction and Sanzi Yangqin decoction combined with western medical therapies for the treatment of pneumonia with phlegm turbidity obstructing the lungs type can improve the patient's symptoms,reduce the inflammatory response,and improve the lung function.
