基于“从水论治”理念分析穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖的临床效果

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Acupoint Catgut Embedding in the Treatment of Simple Obesity Based on the Concept of"Treating Based on Water"

目的:基于“从水论治”理念分析穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖的临床疗效。方法:选取2022年8月—2023年8月义乌市第二人民医院收治的单纯性肥胖患者90例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组实施饮食控制、运动疗法等常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施穴位埋线治疗。比较两组体质量、体质量指数(BMI)、腰围和臀围。结果:治疗前,两组体质量、BMI比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组体质量、BMI降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组腰围和臀围比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组腰围和臀围减小,观察组小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于“从水论治”理念的穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖可降低体质量、BMI、腰围、臀围。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of simple obesity based on the concept of"treating based on water".Methods:Ninety cases of simple obesity patients admitted to Yiwu Second People's Hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,45 cases in each.The control group received conventional treatments such as diet control and exercise therapy,while the observation group received acupoint catgut embedding treatment on the basis of the control group.Body weight,body mass index(BMI),waist circumference and hip circumference were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in body weight and BMI between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the body weight and BMI of the two groups were reduced,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in waist circumference and hip circumference between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the waist circumference and hip circumference of the two groups decreased,and the observation group was smaller than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint catgut embedding treatment for simple obesity based on the concept of"treating based on water"can reduce body weight,BMI,waist circumference,and hip circumference.
