Diagnostic Value of C-reactive Protein Combined with Blood Routine Test for Pneumonia

目的:探讨C反应蛋白(CRP)联合血常规检测对肺炎疾病的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析2022年1—12月普宁市人民医院收治的100例肺炎患者的临床资料,根据感染类型分为细菌性肺炎组和病毒性肺炎组,各50例。患者均进行血常规检测、CRP检测。比较两组血常规指标[白细胞计数(WBC)、中性粒细胞计数(N)、中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(NLR)、血小板计数(PLT)、平均血小板体积(MPV)、淋巴细胞计数(L)]、CRP水平,分析CRP联合血常规检测对细菌性肺炎的诊断效能。结果:细菌性肺炎组WBC、N及NLR水平高于病毒性肺炎组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);细菌性肺炎组CRP水平高于病毒性肺炎组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。CRP联合血常规检测的AUC为0.973,高于各项单一检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CRP联合血常规检测对细菌性肺炎有一定的诊断价值,有助于细菌性肺炎和病毒性肺炎的早期鉴别诊断。

Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of C-reactive protein(CRP)combined with blood routine test in pneumonia.Methods:The clinical data of one hundred patients with pneumonia admitted to Puning People's Hospital from January to Decem⁃ber 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the type of infection,they were divided into bacterial pneumonia group and viral pneumonia group,with fifty cases each.All patients underwent blood routine detection and CRP detection.Blood routine in⁃dexes[white blood cell count(WBC),neutrophil count(N),neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio(NLR),platelet count(PLT),mean platelet volume(MPV),lymphocyte count(L)]and CRP levels were compared between the two groups,the diagnostic efficiency of CRP combined with blood routine test for bacterial pneumonia were analyzed.Results:The levels of WBC,N and NLR in bacterial pneumonia group were higher than those in viral pneumonia group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the CRP level in bacterial pneumonia group was higher than that in viral pneumonia group,and the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(P<0.001).The AUC of CRP combined with blood routine test was 0.973,which was higher than that of each single test,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:CRP combined with blood routine test has a certain diagnostic value for bacterial pneumonia and is helpful for the early differential diagnosis of bacterial pneumonia and viral pneumonia.
