摘要
随着近年来我国石油、核电、新能源、汽车、化工等行业的高质量发展,对不锈钢焊接钢管产品性能和质量要求越来越高。为满足用户对高等级流体输送用不锈钢焊管的要求,企业通过推进质量信息化、智能化、集中化管理,以企业大数据处理系统为中心,建立了涵盖生产线和管理部门的质量信息网络,实现了质量信息从数据采集、传输、分析到改进和评价的闭环管理,优化从不锈钢冶炼、板材轧制到焊接制管的全流程生产工艺,应用“精密策划”“自主创新”“过程控制”“检验细化”等科学管理方法,形成了系列化、标准化的“全员、全流程、全要素、全过程”质量控制方法,实现了高等级不锈钢焊管的质量提升和稳定供货。
Along with the high quality development of such domestic industrial fields involving petroleum,nuclear power,new energy,automobile and chemistry,etc.,the requirements for product performance and quality of the stainless steel weld pipe are becoming more and more stringent.In order to meet the customer requirements for the hi-grade fluid transport purposed stainless steel weld pipe,the enterprise engaged in making such pipes has built up a quality information network as covering the production line and the management units via promoting informative,intelligent and centralized quality management and taking the enterprise’s big data processing system as the center,which realizes the close-loop management of quality information as involving acquisition,transmission,analysis,improvement and evaluation of the data,and the optimization of the whole process production technology as from stainless steel melting,steel plate rolling to pipe making via welding.Moreover a systemized and standardized“all staff,all procedures,all key elements and all processes”quality control process is by means of such scientific management methods as“precision planning”“selfinnovation”“process control”and“further detailing inspection items”,resulting in quality improvement and consistent supply of the hi-grade stainless steel weld pipe.
