鄂西北地区疏花蛇菰的生药学研究

摘要 目的:对鄂西北地区疏花蛇菰进行系统的生药学鉴定研究,分析其潜在的活性成分。方法:采用基源鉴定、性状鉴定、显微鉴定、薄层色谱鉴定、紫外吸收光谱鉴定及DNA条形码鉴定方法,对本课题组采集的19份蛇菰样品进行鉴定,采用化学反应鉴别方法对其含有的化学成分进行初步研究和分析。结果:经系统鉴定,19份蛇菰样品均为疏花蛇菰(Balanophora laxiflora Hemsl.),主要含有糖、多糖及苷类、氨基酸、多肽及蛋白质、鞣质、生物碱类、强心苷、蒽醌类、黄酮类、挥发油及油脂、植物甾醇及三萜类等化学成分。结论:本研究首次对鄂西北地区疏花蛇菰进行了系统的生药学鉴定,可为疏花蛇菰的质量标准制定提供参考依据,为疏花蛇菰的进一步开发利用提供基础。 Objective To perform a systematic pharmacognosical study of Balanophora laxiflora Hemsl.in Northwest Hubei and to analyze its potential active components.Methods Source identification,macroscopical identification,microscopic i⁃dentification,thin layer chromatography,UV absorption spectrum analysis and DNA barcoding were performed for the 19 Balanophora samples collected by our research group.Chemical reactions were carried out to identify and analyze the chemi⁃cal components in the samples.Results The 19 samples were identified as B.laxiflora,mainly containing sugars,polysac⁃charides and glycosides,amino acids,peptides and proteins,tannins,alkaloids,cardiac glycosides,anthraquinones,fla⁃vonoids,volatile oils and oils,phytosterols and triterpenoids.Conclusion This study performs systematically pharmacog⁃nosical identification of B.laxiflora in Northwest Hubei for the first time,providing a basis for establishing the quality standard of this plant and further developing and utilizing B.laxiflora resources.
