技工院校开展“三教”改革的价值意蕴与实践路径——以杭州萧山技师学院《高级工课程设计》为例

摘要 “三教”改革是新时代推进我国职业教育高质量发展的重要切入点,课程建设是“三教”改革的集成点、落脚点和展示点。技工院校《高级工课程设计》中开展的“三教”改革,有利于明确课程核心地位、规范课程教学组织、增强课程教学成效。杭州萧山技师学院基于《高级工课程设计》课程开展了“三教”改革,探索从“一课一师”转向“一课多师”、从整册教材转向活页教材、从讲授法转向行动导向教学法,在提高教师教学能力和水平、提升学生的职业能力和素养、培养学生合作探究的精神方面取得显著成效。 “Three educations” reform is an important point for promoting the high-quality development of vocational education.Curriculum construction is the integration point,foothold point and display point of the “three educations” reform.“Advanced Engineering Course Design” is beneficial to clarify the core status of curriculum,standardize the organization of curriculum teaching and strengthen the curriculum teaching effects.Taking the “three educations” reform of the “Advanced Engineering Course Design” of Hangzhou Xiaoshan Technician College as an example,exploratory practice has shifted from one lesson with one teacher to one lesson with multiple teachers,from whole-volume textbooks to loose-leaf textbooks,and from teaching methods to action-oriented teaching methods.It has achieved remarkable results in improving teachers' teaching ability and level,improving students' ability and quality,and cultivating students' spirit of inquiry and cooperation.
