中国式现代化背景下职业教育“四有”好老师评价指标体系构建

摘要 站在实现中国式现代化的战略全局,职业院校应谋划新时代教师队伍建设策略,全力打造高质量教师队伍,助推职业教育高质量发展。按照目标一致、客观量化、指标独立等原则,构建了包括4个一级指标、16个二级指标的中国式现代化背景下职业教育“四有”好老师评价指标体系。同时,基于职业教育“四有”好老师评价指标体系的导向性,提出“内部学习”与“外部激励”并举、“管理职责考核”与“科研评价激励”互补、“基层组织重构”与“线上中心创新”同步、“政策落实”与“跟踪报告”并推等策略,以期辅助职业院校培养“四有”好老师,推进职业教育师资队伍建设水平的提升。 In the strategic context of realizing Chinese modernization,vocational colleges should plan strategies for teacher construction in the new era and build a high-quality teacher team to promote high-quality development of vocational education.According to the principles of consistent objectives,objective quantification and independent indicators,and constructing the evaluation index system of “four principle” good teachers in the context of Chinese path to modernization,including 4 primary indicators and 16 secondary indicators.Based on this,it is necessary to promote “internal learning” and “external motivation”,to complement “management responsibility assessment” and “scientific research evaluation and motivation”,to synchronize “grassroots organization restructuring” and “online center innovation” synchronize,to synchronize “policy implementation” and “tracking report”,to assist vocational colleges to cultivate “four principle” good teachers and promote the construction of vocational education teachers.
