“群众路线”是中国共产党新闻宣传工作的核心理念之一。梳理、解读党的历次代表大会相关报告与决议可发现,中国共产党新闻宣传工作群众路线的思想内涵由新闻宣传的定位、观照主体、工作方法、队伍建设四个方面立体构成。历时性地看,新闻宣传工作群众路线思想在革命斗争、社会主义建设、改革开放、中国特色社会主义新时代不同时期,历经了艰难探索、发展完善、大胆革新、创新升华的演进过程。该过程暗含着一个“变”与“不变”的逻辑理路,“不变”的是坚持党的领导、坚持依靠群众、坚持实事求是,这是其一以贯之的内核;“变”的是对群众主体性认知和新闻宣传工作时代价值定位的与时俱进。

"The Mass Line"represents a cornerstone concept in the news and publicity endeavors of the CPC.Through a comprehensive analysis and interpretation of reports and resolutions from various Party congresses,it becomes evident that the ideological essence of the Party's news and publicity work under the"Mass Line"encompasses four key dimensions,i.e.,the delineation of news and propaganda objectives,the perspective of observation,the methodologies employed,and the cultivation of competent teams.Over time,the ideological framework of the"Mass Line"in news and propaganda work has undergone a dynamic process of exploration,development,bold innovation,and creative refinement across different historical periods,including revolutionary struggles,socialist construction,reform and opening up,and the new era of socialism.This evolutionary journey embodies a logic of both continuity and change.Continuity is rooted in the Party's unwavering leadership,its reliance on the masses,and its dedication to the pursuit of truth from facts,constituting its enduring core principles.Meanwhile,change is evident in the Party's deepened understanding of the active role of the masses and its adaptation to evolving values and the evolving landscape of news and propaganda work across different epochs.
