摘要
近年来,新生代员工在企业员工中的占比日趋增长,已形成职场中一支庞大的队伍,他们在给企业带来新生力量的同时,也给企业管理带来了新的挑战。由于新生代员工具有受教育程度高、学习能力强、视野开阔、敢于创新、注重自我感受、需求多样化和个性化等特点,使传统的企业激励机制暴露出新的问题,如企业绩效考核和薪酬体系不完善、员工晋升和沟通渠道狭窄、对员工职业培训和规划以及企业文化的不重视。为解决新生代员工激励存在的问题,满足现代企业发展需求,需建立科学的薪酬体系、多样有效的绩效奖励体系、完整公平的晋升体系、完整科学高效的职业培训体系、科学合理的专属职业发展规划、有效的沟通机制和以人为本的企业文化。
In recent years,the new generation of employees in the enterprises has grown in number,occupying a continuously increased proportion.They have formed a huge team in the workplace.While bringing the new strength to the enterprises,they also bring the new challenges to the enterprise management.The new generation of employees have some characteristics,for example,they receive a high-degree education,they have the strong ability in studying with broad view,they have the courage to innovate while emphasizing their own feeling,and they have diversified and personalized needs.These characteristics of the new generation of employees have exposed some new problems in the traditional enterprise incentive mechanism such as incomplete performance appraisal and salary system in the enterprise,the narrow channel for the employee’s promotion and communication,and the neglect of employee’s vocational training&planning and corporate culture.In order to solve the problems existed in motivating the new generation of employees and satisfy the requirement for the development of modern enterprises,it is necessary to establish a scientific salary system,a diverse and effective performance reward system,and a complete and fair promotion system.It is also necessary to establish a complete,scientific and efficient vocational training system,a scientific and reasonable exclusive career development plan,an effective communication mechanism,and a people-oriented corporate culture.
