摘要
大直径泥水盾构机在施工过程中会产生大量废弃泥浆,为不影响城市环境,需要将其进行科学排放和妥善处理。本文系统阐述泥水盾构机施工过程中废弃泥浆处理需遵循的原则,即环保性、及时性和经济性,并结合已完成的大直径泥水盾构项目,对目前主流应用的压滤和离心两种废浆处理工艺进行对比分析,从处理总体效率、场地要求、成本等方面提出废浆处理实用性工艺,进而寻求一种综合性强、性价比高的解决方案,为泥水盾构施工提供借鉴和参考。
During the construction process of large-diameter slurry shield machine,a large amount of waste mud is generated.In order not to affect the urban environment,it is necessary to discharge and treat it reasonably.This paper systematically describes the principles to be followed for the treatment of waste slurry in slurry shield machine construction,including environmental friendliness,timeliness,and economy.Combining with the currently completed large-diameter slurry shield machine projects,it analyzes and compares the two mainstream waste slurry treatment processes of pressure filtration and centrifugation.From the aspects of overall treatment efficiency,site requirements,cost,etc.,it proposes a practical waste slurry treatment process,attempting to seek a comprehensive and cost-effective solution to provide reference and inspiration for slurry shield machine construction.
