摘要
BIM5D技术是BIM技术发展到现阶段实现多维度表达的最新方式,其以三维可视化BIM3D为基础,进一步附加时间信息形成BIM4D,继而附加费用成本信息发展为BIM5D。本文分析目前BIM技术在成本管理中的应用现状,并针对铁路四电工程在当前工程量清单计价模式下通过已有的WBS(工作分解结构)将模型构件与成本信息关联时存在的众多问题,提出在关联产值成本时的解决方法。通过铁路四电工程BIM模型建立、工程量汇总统计、BIM模型与进度及成本相关联三个工作流程搭建BIM5D模型,系统阐述由中铁二十一局自主研发的铁路四电BIM5D系统在通信工程施工中成本动态管控流程。
BIM5D technology is the development of BIM technology to the current stage of the latest way to achieve multidimensional expression,which is on the basis of the 3D visualization BIM3D,further forms to BIM4D by adding time information,and then develops into BIM5D by adding cost information.In the paper,a solution to the cost of output value was proposed by analyzing the current status of the application of BIM technology in cost management,and addressing the numerous problems in associating model components with cost information through existing WBS(work breakdown structure)in the current bill-of-quantity pricing mode of the railway electrification engineering.The BIM5D model was built through the three work processes of BIM model establishment of railway electrification engineering,summary statistics of project quantities,and correlation between the BIM model,schedule and cost.This paper mainly introduced the dynamic cost control process of railway electrification BIM5D system independently developed by China Railway 21st Bureau in the construction of communication projects.
