摘要
在全球数字化转型大背景下,BIM技术作为工程行业数字化转型升级的载体,BIM模型数据的传递和应用显得非常重要。为解决轨道交通房建工程利用现有BIM软件开展设计工作存在构件未进行统一管理、建模效率低、工程量统计繁琐、模型数据难以传递等问题,研发出一款由构件管理模块、专业辅助建模模块和轻量化审核模块组成的轨道交通房建工程BIM正向设计软件系统。通过实际工程应用表明,该软件系统从设计前期构件数据统一管理、设计过程快速建模、工程量统计、二维图纸导出到最后的设计成果轻量化审核,在确保设计模型数据可传递的同时,提高了BIM设计效率和设计质量。
In the context of global digital transformation,BIM technology serves as a carrier for digitalization and upgrading of engineering industry,and the transmission and application of BIM model data play a crucial role.The utilization of existing BIM software for design work poses challenges such as non-unified component management,low modeling efficiency,tedious quantity estimation and difficulty in data transfer.Therefore,rail transit construction projects forward-design BIM software has been developed.It includes component management module,professional auxiliary modeling module and lightweight audit module.Practical engineering applications show that the software system not only ensures the transmission of design model data,but also improves the BIM design efficiency and quality from the unified management of component data in the early stage of design,rapid modeling of the design process,engineering quantity statistics,export of two-dimensional drawings to the final lightweight review of design results.
