空压机站智能集控系统的应用研究

摘要 由于缺乏有效的节能手段,现有多空压机组成的站群控制主要依靠人力进行空压机设备的单独启停,运维人员只能现场监控空压机组的运行参数。从用电到用气,整个过程全部依靠人力巡查,空压站的运行存在严重的数据“孤岛”现象,非常不利于空压站的科学化管理。当后端用气发生变化时,空压机站无法实时动态调整,气量存在明显波动。此外,空压机的频繁加卸载造成了电能的大量浪费。针对上述问题,空压机站的智能改造势在必行,为此,将智能集控技术引入空压机站的管理,着力提升空压机站的全域数据监控以及管理工作效率,降低空压站运行成本,进而推动空压机站的现代化建设。 Due to the lack of effective energy-saving measures,the existing station group control composed of multiple air compressors mainly relies on manual operation to start and stop the air compressor equipment separately.Operation and maintenance personnel can only monitor the operating parameters of the air compressor unit on site.From electricity to gas,the entire process relies on manual inspection,and there is a serious data"island"phenomenon in the operation of the air compression station,which is very unfavorable for the scientific management of the air compression station.When the backend gas consumption changes,the air compressor station cannot make real-time dynamic adjustments,and there is a significant fluctuation in gas volume.In addition,frequent loading and unloading of air compressors results in a significant waste of electrical energy.In response to the above issues,the intelligent renovation of air compressor stations is imperative.This article introduces intelligent centralized control technology into the management of air compressor stations,focusing on improving the overall data monitoring,management efficiency,and reducing the operating costs of air compressor stations,thereby promoting the modernization construction of air compressor stations.
