摘要
为提升洗煤厂浮选尾矿灰分检测工作的实时性与准确性,在明确洗煤厂需求的基础上,首先设计浮选尾矿灰分检测装置整体结构,而后整合图像处理技术、自动控制技术等内容,对该装置的各项主要功能设计要点进行探讨,以完成装置设计工作。从实际测试结果来看,该装置能够实现对灰分的实时检测,且检测数据更准确,具有一定的应用价值。
In order to improve the real-time and accuracy of ash detection of flotation tailings in coal washing plant,this paper,on the basis of clarifying the needs of coal washing plant,first designed the overall structure of flotation tailings ash detection device,and then integrated image processing technology and automatic control technology to discuss the main design points of the device′s main functions,so as to complete the device design work.From the actual test results,the device can realize the real-time detection of ash,and the detection data is more accurate,and has certain application value.
