摘要
高线减定径齿轮箱的在线检测与诊断对于设备运行的安全性和可靠性具有重要意义。为了实现对高线减定径齿轮箱的全面监测和故障诊断,提出了一套基于数字孪生的在线检测管理系统。该系统采用5层架构,包括感知层、数据层、运算层、功能层和应用层。随后,提出了基于数据驱动和知识库的高线减定径齿轮箱问题处理流程,并分析了其优劣。最后,经过数据观测,发现在引入基于数字孪生的高线减定径齿轮箱在线检测管理系统后,齿轮箱故障率降低,维修时间缩短,维修成本降低,系统可用性增强。
The online detection and diagnosis of high-speed wire reduced diameter gearbox is of great significance for the safety and reliability of equipment operation.In order to achieve comprehensive monitoring and fault diagnosis of high-speed reducing and sizing gearboxes,this paper proposes an online detection and management system based on digital twins.The system adopts a 5-layer architecture,including perception layer,data layer,operation layer,function layer,and application layer.Subsequently,this paper proposes a targeted processing flow for the problem of high wire reduction fixed diameter gearbox based on data-driven and knowledge base,and analyzes its advantages and disadvantages.Finally,through data observation,it was found that the introduction of a digital twin based online detection and management system for high-speed reducing and sizing gearboxes resulted in a decrease in gearbox failure rate,shortened maintenance time,reduced maintenance costs,and enhanced system availability.
