托辊全自动化柔性生产新模式的研究与应用

摘要 目前,我国托辊的生产多为单机半自动化模式,存在劳动强度大、工作效率低、质量稳定性差等问题,如何实现托辊的全自动化生产已成为行业关注的焦点。通过分析托辊的生产现状,设计开发一种托辊全自动化柔性生产模式,通过生产线研究设计思路定位、生产线工艺流程规划设计、各生产段协调联动设计、柔性化生产设计,并将其成功应用于生产实际,实现了托辊管加工装配生产段、托辊轴加工生产段和托辊涂装生产段全自动化联动生产,提高了生产效率和产品质量,减少了操作人员,对提升我国托辊制造智能化自动化水平具有重要意义。 At present,the production of idlers in China is mostly in a single machine semi-automated mode,which has problems such as high labor intensity,low work efficiency,and poor quality stability.How to achieve fully automated production of idlers has become a focus of industry attention.By analyzing the current production status of rollers,a fully automated and flexible production mode for rollers is studied,designed and developed.Through the positioning of production line research and design ideas,process planning and design of production lines,coordination and linkage design of various production sections,and flexible production design,it is successfully applied to production practice,achieving fully automated linkage production of roller tube processing and assembly production section,roller shaft processing production section,and roller coating production section,Improving production efficiency and product quality,reducing the number of operators,is of great significance for enhancing the intelligent automation level of roller manufacturing in China.
