幼儿园教师职业认同现状分析及对策研究——以新疆H市为例

摘要 幼儿园教师的职业认同影响着幼儿园教师专业发展和教师队伍的稳固性,同时也影响着幼儿教师是否以积极、主动的态度参与教书育人全过程,其事关学前教育事业的可持续发展。本文分析了新疆H市幼儿园教师职业认同现状。新疆H市幼儿园教师对自身职业有积极的认知和积极的行为倾向,对自己的职业有较高的认同感,同时也存在人口学变量上的职业认同差异。基于此,提出了提高幼儿园教师职业认同感的策略,教师层面应注重制定自身职业生涯发展目标,加强自身师德师风建设,逐步提升专业素养;幼儿园层面应健全教师管理、考核、奖励制度,建立良好的工作氛围,提供专业成长的资源和支持;社会层面应加强对幼儿园教师工作的宣传和推广,提高其社会地位,增强对他们的认可和尊重,让更多的人认识到幼儿园教师的重要性和贡献,提供多元化的职业发展路径,让幼儿园教师有更多的发展机会和空间,增强他们对自己职业的信心和归属感,从而提升幼儿教师职业认同感。 The professional identity of kindergarten teachers affects the professional development of kindergarten teachers and the stability of the teacher team,and also affects whether kindergarten teachers participate in the whole process of teaching and educating with a positive and proactive attitude,which is related to the sustainable development of preschool education.This paper analyzes the status quo of kindergarten teachers'professional identity in H City,Xinjiang.Kindergarten teachers in H City of Xinjiang have positive cognition and behavior tendency towards their own occupation,and have a high sense of identity for their occupation,and there are also differences in professional identity on demographic variables.Based on this,this paper puts forward the strategies to improve the professional identity of kindergarten teachers.Teachers should pay attention to formulating their own career development goals,strengthen the construction of their own ethics and style,and gradually improve their professional quality.The kindergarten level should improve the teacher management,assessment,reward system,establish a good working atmosphere,provide resources and support for professional growth;At the social level,we should strengthen the publicity and promotion of kindergarten teachers'work,improve their social status,enhance their recognition and respect,let more people realize the importance and contribution of kindergarten teachers,provide diversified career development paths,give kindergarten teachers more development opportunities and space,and enhance their confidence and sense of belonging in their profession.So as to enhance the professional identity of preschool teachers.
