燃气在输送过程存在系统自身事故和外界自然、社会因素等多种风险。一旦发生燃气事故,将影响到城市运行,妨碍工业生产和影响居民生活。基于城市燃气管网运行安全现状,结合燃气事故原因分析,提出燃气管网运行安全策略,并提出燃气行业高质量发展的建议与措施。

Gas is susceptible to various risks such as system accidents,external natural and social issues during transmission and distribution,once a gas accident occurs,it will affect the urban operation,hinder industrial production and affect residents’lives.Based on the operation safety status of urban gas pipeline network and combined with the cause analysis of gas accidents,it proposes operation safety strategies and measure suggestions for the high-quality development of the gas industry.
