枣园三种型号旋耕机作业试验与分析

摘要 通过选择南疆地区典型枣园作为试验样本,研究了3种不同型号的旋耕机在实际作业中的性能差异。分别选用了旋耕机宽度为1 600、1 800、2 000 mm、拖拉机功率为36.80、44.13 kW进行试验,通过对作业过程中的土壤处理效果进行比较和数据分析,重点关注了作业速度、碎土率等方面的指标。试验结果表明,在相同的工作参数下,旋耕机宽度为1 800 mm、拖拉机功率为44.13 kW,旋耕深度175 mm时作业速度和碎土率效果最佳,在满足枣园旋耕作业要求的同时,消耗能量最低。 The performance differences of 3 different models of rotary tillers in actual operation were investigated by choosing typical jujube orchards in southern Xinjiang as test samples.The rotary tiller widths of 1600,1800,2000 mm,and the tractor horsepower of 36.80,44.13 kW were selected for the test respectively,and the soil treatment effect during operation was compared and data analyzed by focusing on the indexes of operation speed and soil crushing rate.The test results show that under the same working parameters,the rotary tiller width of 1800 mm,tractor horsepower of 44.13 kW,and rotary tillage depth of 175 mm have the best effect in terms of operating speed and soil fragmentation rate,and consume the lowest energy while meeting the requirements for rotary cultivation in jujube orchards.
