基于肠道菌群探讨活血化瘀法治疗勃起功能障碍

Mechanism of Treatment of Erectile Dysfunction with Promoting Blood Circulation to Remove Blood Stasis Method Based on Intestinal Microbiota

肠道菌群在勃起功能障碍(erectile dysfunction,ED)发病中扮演着重要角色,肠道菌群紊乱很可能是ED发病的一个促进因素。血瘀为ED的核心病机和病理趋势。中医血瘀证与肠道菌群之间存在密切联系,且活血化瘀类中药能够调节肠道菌群紊乱。活血化瘀类中药通过调节肠道菌群治疗ED的可能机制主要如下:恢复肠道菌群稳态,降低血脂水平以缓解阴茎血管功能损伤;扶植有益菌繁殖,改善不良情绪以减轻心理应激对ED的影响;增加短链脂肪酸水平,提高抗氧化能力以降低氧化应激对勃起功能的损害。

Gut microbiota plays an important role in the pathogenesis of erectile dysfunction(ED),and gut microbiota disorder may be a contributing factor to the pathogenesis of ED.Blood stasis is the core pathogenesis and pathological trend of ED.There is a close relationship between blood stasis syndrome and intestinal flora in traditional Chinese medicine,and traditional Chinese medicine can regulate intestinal flora disorder.The possible mechanisms of blood circulation and stasis removal in the treatment of ED by regulating intestinal microbiota are as follows:restoring intestinal flora homeostasis,reducing blood lipid levels to alleviate penile vascular function damage,supporting the reproduction of beneficial bacteria,improving bad mood to reduce the impact of psychological stress on ED,increasing the content of short-chain fatty acids,and improving antioxidant capacity to reduce the damage of oxidative stress to erectile function.
