中医传统功法研究文献计量学分析

Bibliometric Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Exercises

目的:分析近10年我国中医传统功法领域的研究现状,探讨其研究热点与发展趋势。方法:检索2012年1月1日至2022年12月31日中国知网(CNKI)有关中医传统功法的文献,采用可视化软件CiteSpace 5.8.R3进行可视化分析。结果:共纳入文献2104篇,发文量呈逐年上升趋势,崔赵丽和王立强为核心研究团队,团队间缺乏交流合作,发文量最高是成都中医药大学(32篇),主要研究机构为中医院校及其附属单位,中医传统功法与老年人、肺康复的关联度最高。结论:中医传统功法的研究重点为临床应用,主要集中于脑卒中、高脂血症、糖尿病、呼吸类疾病等方面,其在慢性病的防治及推广运用和康复疗法将是该领域研究的热点趋势,但中医传统功法特定的运动处方和循证研究方面是当前研究的不足之处。

Objective:To analyze the research status of traditional Chinese medicine exercises in China in the past 10 years,and to discuss its research hotspots and development trends.Methods:CNKI literature on traditional Chinese medicine exercises was searched from January 1,2012 to December 31,2022,and the visualization software CiteSpace 5.8.R3 was used for visual analysis.Results:A total of 2104 papers were included,and the number of papers published increased year by year,Cui Zhaoli and Wang Liqiang were the core research team.There was a lack of communication and cooperation between the teams.The highest number of papers was published in Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(32 papers),and the main research institutions were the universities of traditional Chinese medicine and the affiliated organizations,with the correlation between traditional Chinese medicine exercises and the elderly and pulmonary rehabilitation being the highest cases.Conclusion:The research focus of traditional Chinese medicine exercises is clinical application,mainly focusing on stroke,hyperlipidemia,diabetes,respiratory diseases,etc.and its prevention and treatment,promotion and application of chronic diseases and rehabilitation therapy will be the hot trend of research in this field,but the specific exercise prescription and evidence-based research of traditional Chinese medicine exercises are the shortcomings of the current research.
