督灸对肾阳亏虚型绝经后低骨量患者腰背疼痛的疗效

Effect of Du Moxibustion on Lumbar and Back Pain in Postmenopausal Low Bone Mass Patients with Kidney Yang Deficiency Type

目的探究督灸对肾阳亏虚型绝经后低骨量患者腰背疼痛的作用效果。方法将2022年1月到2023年6月在医院接受系统治疗的86例肾阳亏虚型绝经后低骨量患者按照随机数字表法进行分组,对照组接受常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上接受督灸干预,比较两组在腰椎正位骨密度、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、血清骨钙素(OCN)及血清Ca^(2+)、临床疗效和不良反应方面的差异。结果治疗后观察组腰椎骨密度大于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组血清Ca^(2+)比对照组高,血清OCN比对照组低(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应的发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论督灸能改善肾阳亏虚型绝经后低骨量患者的腰背疼痛情况,提升患者生活质量,有较好的临床疗效,值得进一步推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Du moxibustion on lumbar and back pain in postmenopausal low bone mass patients with kidney Yang deficiency type.Methods A total of 86 patients with postmenopausal low bone mass and kidney Yang deficiency type in the hospital were randomly grouped.The control group accepted conventional treatment.On the basis of the control group,the observation group accepted supervision moxibustion intervention.The bone density,visual analogue score(VAS),serum calcium(OCN)and serum Ca^(2+),clinical effects and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the lumbar spine density of the observation group was greater than the control group,and the VAS score was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum Ca^(2+)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the serum OCN was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Du moxibustion can improve the lumbar and back pain of postmenopausal low bone mass patients with kidney Yang deficiency type,and improve the quality of life.It has a good clinical efficacy and is worthy of further promotion.
