纽曼系统护理模式联合营养支持对肝癌患者术后的影响

Effects of Newman System Nursing Mode Combined with Nutritional Support in Patients with Liver Cancer After Surgery

目的探讨纽曼系统护理模式联合营养支持对肝癌患者术后的影响。方法选取医院2019年1月至2023年5月收治的126例肝癌患者为研究对象,采用随机抽签法分为对照组(63例)、研究组(63例)。给予对照组常规护理、营养支持,给予研究组纽曼系统护理模式、营养支持,比较两组干预前后营养状态[前白蛋白(PA)、白蛋白(Alb)]、负性情绪[汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、抑郁量表(HAMD)]、肝功能[谷草转氨酶(GOT)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)]、生活质量[肝癌患者生命质量测定量表(QLICP-LI)]。结果术后研究组血清PA、Alb水平均较对照组高(P<0.05);术后第5天、出院时研究组HAMA、HAMD评分低于对照组(P<0.05);术后第5天研究组血清GOT、GPT、总胆红素(TBil)水平较对照组低(P<0.05);术后第5天、出院时研究组QLICP-LI评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论纽曼系统护理模式联合营养支持能调节肝癌患者负性情绪,有助于改善患者营养状态及肝功能,进而提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the effects of Newman system nursing mode combined with nutritional support in patients after liver cancer surgery.Methods A total of 126 cases of liver cancer patients admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(63 cases)and study group(63 cases)by random drawing method.The control group was given routine nursing and nutritional support,while the study group was given Newman system nursing mode and nutritional support.Nutritional status[pre-albumin(PA),albumin(Alb)],negative emotion[Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)],liver function[glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase(GOT),glutamic-pyruvic transaminase(GPT)]and quality of life[quality of life instruments for cancer patients-liver cancer(QLICP-LI)]of patients before and after intervention were compared.Results The serum levels of PA and Alb in the study group were higher than those in the control group after operation(P<0.05).HAMA and HAMD scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group on the 5th day after surgery and at discharge(P<0.05).The serum GOT,GPT and total bilirubin(TBil)levels of the group were lower than those of the control group on day 5 after surgery(P<0.05).The QLICP-LI score of the study group was higher than that of the control group on the 5th day after surgery and at the time of discharge(P<0.05).Conclusion Newman system nursing mode combined with nutritional support can regulate negative emotions,improve nutritional status and liver function of patients with liver cancer,and improve quality of life.
