二甲双胍联合GLP-1受体激动剂治疗对糖尿病肾病炎症因子的影响

Effect of metformin combined with GLP-1 receptor agonists in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy on inflammatory factors

目的二甲双胍联合胰高血糖素样肽-1(GLP-1)受体激动剂治疗对糖尿病肾病炎症因子的影响。方法选取2022年6月~2023年2月收治的糖尿病肾病患者60例,使用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组给予二甲双胍治疗,观察组给予二甲双胍联合GLP-1受体激动剂治疗。比较两组临床疗效、肾功能指标、炎症因子指标。结果治疗后,观察组治疗有效率为93.33%,对照组治疗有效率为73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,相比于对照组,观察组的血肌酐(SCr)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、尿素氮(BUN)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用二甲双胍与GLP-1受体激动剂联合治疗糖尿病肾病可有效提高患者肾功能水平,控制炎症反应,提高治疗有效率,延缓肾部疾病进展。

Objective To explore the effect of metformin combined with GLP-1 receptor agonists in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy on inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 60 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to a hospital from June 2022 to February 2023 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group using random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin,while the observation group was treated with metformin and GLP-1 receptor agonists.The clinical efficacy,index of renal function and inflammatory factor were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the effective rate of treatment was 93.33%in the observation group,compared with 73.33%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,compared to the control group,the levels of SCr,IL-6,BUN,CRP,TNF-αwere significantly decreased in the observation group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of metformin and GLP-1 receptor agonists in patients with diabetic nephropathy can effectively improve the level of renal function,control the inflammatory response,improve treatment efficiency,delay the progression of kidney disease.
