清肺排毒颗粒治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎的回顾性研究及应用前景分析

Retrospective Study and Application Prospect Analysis of Qingfei Paidu Granule in the Treatment of COVID-19

目的分析早期应用清肺排毒颗粒对轻型新型冠状病毒肺炎患者核酸转阴时间、住院天数及核酸转阴率的影响。方法采取回顾性研究法,收集2022年3月15日—2022年4月22日吉林市第七方舱医院收治的、符合标准的轻型新型冠状病毒肺炎病例资料400例,在第九版诊疗方案的基础上,根据早期是否服用清肺排毒颗粒分为观察组和对照组,各200例。统计分析并比较两组核酸转阴时间、住院总天数及核酸复阳率相关性。结果从核酸转阴率及住院总时长来看,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组核酸复阳率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在西医常规治疗基础上,早期应用清肺排毒颗粒,可有效缩短轻型新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的核酸转阴时间及住院天数,对其治疗和预后有着积极的临床意义,对日后疫病防治具有一定参考价值。

Objective To analyze the effects of early application of Qingfei Paidu granules on the negative nucleic acid conversion time,hospital stay and negative nucleic acid conversion rate of patients with mild COVID-19.Methods Retrospective study method was adopted to collect 400 cases of mild COVID-19 treated in Jilin Seventh Temporary Hospital from March 15,2022 to April 22,2022,which met the standards.Based on the ninth version of diagnosis and treatment protocol,the patients were divided into the obser⁃vation group and the control group,with 200 cases in each group,according to whether they took Qingfei Paidu granules in the early stage.The time of nucleic acid turning negative,the total number of days in hospital and the rate of nucleic acid re-positive were sta⁃tistically analyzed and compared between two groups.Results In terms of nucleic acid conversion rate and total length of hospital stay,the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in nucleic acid re�positive rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment,early application of Qingfei Paidu granules can effectively shorten the nucleic acid negative time and hospitalization days of patients with mild COVID-19,which has positive clinical significance for their treatment and prognosis,and has certain reference value for future disease preven⁃tion and treatment.
