基于通络化浊疗法应用温灸刮痧治疗颈肩腰腿痛临床观察

Warming Moxibustion and Scraping in the Treatment of Neck-Shoulder-Waist-Leg Pain Based on Clearing Collaterals and Resolving Turbidity Therapy

目的在国医大师李佃贵教授指导下提出通络化浊疗法,总结应用温灸刮痧治疗颈肩腰腿痛的效果。方法应用温灸罐循经走罐膀胱经、督脉等经络治疗颈肩腰腿痛患者60例。结果60例患者中,治愈48例(80.00%),显效8例(13.33%),有效2例(3.33%),无效2例(3.33%);总有效率96.67%(58/60)。结论通络化浊疗法指导下,应用温灸刮痧治疗较其他方法操作时间短,治疗次数少,标本兼顾,既可祛除风寒湿、通络化浊,又可活血益气,促进气血对筋脉的荣养,由浅入深达到治愈颈肩腰腿痛的目的。

Objective To propose clearing collaterals and resolving turbidity therapy under the guidance of TCM master Professor Li Diangui,to summarize the therapeutic effect of warm moxibustion and scraping on neck-shoulder-waist-leg pain.Methods Sixty cases of neck-shoulder-waist-leg pain were treated with warm moxibustion and cupping along the meridians,bladder meridian and du meridian.Results Among the 60 patients,48 cases(80.00%)were cured,8 cases(13.33%)were improved,2 cases(3.33%)were ef⁃fective and 2 cases(3.33%)were invalid.The total effective rate was 96.67%(58/60).Conclusion Under the guidance of clearing col⁃laterals and resolving turbidity therapy,the application of warm moxibustion scraping has shorter operation time,fewer treatment times and consideration of samples than other treatment items.It can not only remove wind cold and dampness,clear collaterals and resolve turbidity,but also promote blood and qi,promote the nourishing of qi and blood on the tendon and vessel,and achieve the purpose of curing neck-shoulder-waist-leg pain from shallow to deep.
