针药结合温通法治疗肺气虚寒型过敏性鼻炎临床观察

Acupuncture and Medicine Combined with Warmly Dredging Method in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis of Deficiency and Cold of Lung Qi Type

目的观察伏寒学说指导下,针药结合温通法治疗肺气虚寒型过敏性鼻炎(AR)的临床效果,为过敏性鼻炎的治疗提供有效和安全的临床依据。方法将就诊于长春中医药大学附属第三临床医院的70例肺气虚寒型过敏性鼻炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各35例。治疗组予针药结合温通法治疗,对照组予口服西替利嗪片治疗,疗程14 d。观察并分析治疗前后两组患者鼻部症状积分表(TNSS)、鼻结膜炎生存质量调查问卷(RQLQ)、鼻伴随症状总分表(TNNSS)积分和总有效率、不良反应情况。结果治疗组总有效率为88.6%(31/35),高于对照组的74.3%(26/35)(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组TNSS、PQLQ、TNNSS积分优于对照组,不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论针药结合温通法治疗肺气虚寒型过敏性鼻炎,能有效缓解患者鼻部过敏症状,提高其生活质量,且无明显不良反应,效果优于西替利嗪。

Objective By observing the clinical efficacy of the combination of acupuncture and medicine under the guidance of latent pathogenic cold theory in the treatment of allergic rhinitis of deficiency and cold of lung qi type,and to provide a clinical basis for the effectiveness and safety of the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods Seventy patients with allergic rhinitis of deficiency and cold of lung qi type in The Third Affiliated Clinical Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 35 cases in each group.In the treatment group,the treatment was combined with acupunc⁃ture and medicine,and in the control group,oral cetirizine was administered.14 days of treatment was used as a course of treatment for both groups,and the efficacy was evaluated according to a course of treatment.The rhinoconjunctivitis survival quality question⁃naire(RQLQ),the total nasal symptom score scale(TNSS)and the total nasal concomitant symptom score scale(TNNSS)of the patients were recorded.The data were analyzed by SPSS 21.0.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.6%(31/35),which was higher than that of the control group(74.3%,26/35)(P<0.05).After treatment,TNSS,PQLQ and TNNSS scores in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The combination of acupuncture and medicine under the guidance of latent pathogenic cold theory can ef⁃fectively relieve patients’nasal allergy symptoms and improve their quality of life without significant adverse effects,and the effect is better than that of cetirizine in treating allergic rhinitis of deficiency and cold of lung qi type.
