四金排石汤联合耳穴压豆在行体外冲击波碎石术后的输尿管结石中的应用

Sijin Paishi Decoction Combined with Auricular Point Pressing Beans in Ureteral Calculi after Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy

目的观察四金排石汤联合耳穴压豆治疗行体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL)后的输尿管结石的临床效果。方法选取70例行ESWL后的输尿管结石患者,根据治疗方案分为观察组和对照组,各35例。所有患者均接受ESWL治疗,术后观察组给予四金排石汤联合耳穴压豆治疗,对照组行常规排石治疗,比较两组临床效果、排石效果以及并发症发生情况。结果观察组临床疗效为91.43%(32/35),明显高于对照组的60.00%(21/35)(P<0.05)。观察组临床并发症发生率为34.29%(12/35),明显低于对照组的71.43%(25/35)(P<0.05)。观察组患者当日排石率及术后1周、2周净石率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论四金排石汤联合耳穴压豆应用于行ESWL后的输尿管结石患者,可提高临床疗效、提高排石率、降低并发症,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To observe the effect of Sijin decoction combined with auricular point pressing beans in ureteral calculi after ex⁃tracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL).Methods Seventy patients with ureteral calculi underwent ESWL were selected and di⁃vided into observation group and control group according to the treatment plan,with 35 cases in each group.All patients were treated with ESWL.After operation,the observation group was given Sijin Paishi decoction combined with auricular point pressing beans,and the control group received routine stone removal treatment.The clinical effect,stone removal effect and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical effect of the observation group was 91.43%(32/35),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(60.00%,21/35)(P<0.05).The incidence of clinical complications in the observation group was 34.29%(12/35),which was significantly lower than that in the control group(71.43%,25/35)(P<0.05).The stone removal rate on the same day and the stone purification rate at 1 and 2 weeks after operation in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sijin Paishi decoction combined with auricular point pressing beans in the treatment of ureteral calculi patients after ESWL,improve the clinical efficacy and stone-free rate,and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical application.
