岭南乡村居民中医药文化认知需求现状问题与对策——基于广州市从化区江埔街道科普调研的思考

The Current Situation,Problems and Countermeasures of Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture in Lingnan Rural Residents——Based on the Popular Science Research in Jiangpu Street,Conghua District of Guangzhou

党的十八大以来,习近平总书记高度重视中医药发展,党中央把中医药发展上升为国家战略。岭南乡村作为中医药文化根植的沃土,也是新时代背景下反映农村居民在中医药文化背景、认知、情感、行为方面现状与问题的缩影。为全面了解当前中医药文化认知需求现状,发掘其面临的突出问题与成因,提升中医药基层科普的活力与发展前景,该项目组通过现场问卷调查、知识竞赛、深度访谈,对岭南地区的中医药文化乡村传承发展现状进行了深入的调查。结果显示,乡村居民对中医药文化的认知度较低,而需求度较高。文章针对上述问题,提出因人、因地、因时制宜的对策与建议。

Since the 18th CPC National Congress,President Xi has attached great importance to the development of traditional Chi⁃nese medicine(TCM),and the CPC Central Committee has elevated the development of TCM as a national strategy.As a fertile ground for the roots of TCM culture,Lingnan village is a microcosm of the current situation and problems of rural residents in terms of TCM cultural background,cognition,emotion and behavior in the new era.In order to fully understand the current situation,explore the prominent problems and causes,and enhance the vitality and development prospect of grassroots science popularization on TCM,this article conducted an in-depth investigation on the inheritance and development status of TCM culture by on-site questionnaire sur⁃vey,quiz,and in-depth interview in Lingnan’s villages.The results showed that rural residents had lower awareness of TCM culture and higher demand.In view of the above problems,the authors put forward the countermeasures and suggestions according to people,circumstances and times characteristic.
