摘要
科技人才素质的提升推动传统工程伦理教育改革,工程伦理教育综合实验平台成为推进工程伦理教育创新发展的重要形式。工程伦理教育综合实验平台符合道德认知规律和工科类学生特征,基于道德物化理论,设计虚拟现实体验区、伦理案例情境区、道德选择博奕区、职业伦理榜样区、职业发展规划区,形成道德内容、设计标准、实物设备和体验操作的实践训练逻辑闭环。在明晰伦理实验装置复杂性、伦理依据的实践性、平台主体的协同性等多重挑战基础上,通过科教融合、学科交叉、校企合作等方式探索工程伦理教育综合实验平台建设模式,提高学生道德敏感性和道德决策能力,为未来工程伦理实践提供典例参考。
The improvement of the quality of scientific and technological talents promotes the reform of traditional engineering ethics education,and the comprehensive experimental platform for engineering ethics education has become an important form of promoting the innovative development of engineering ethics education.The comprehensive experimental platform for engineering ethics education conforms to the laws of moral cognition and the characteristics of engineering students.Based on the theory of moral objectification,it designs a virtual reality experience area,an ethical case scenario area,a moral choice game area,a professional ethics model area,and a career development planning area,forming a practical training logic loop of moral content,design standards,physical equipment,and experiential operations.On the basis of clarifying the complexity ofethical experimental devices,the practicality of ethical basis,and the synergy of platform subjects,this study explores the construction model of a comprehensive experimental plaform for engineering ethics education through the integration of science and education,interdisciplinary research,and school enterprise cooperation,in order to improve students'moral sensitivity and decision-making ability,and provide a reference for future engineering ethics practice.
