摘要
人工智能时代的人才需求变化包括:创新型、复合型人才成为“新宠”,人机协同型人才需求激增,自主学习和终身学习是人才的必备特征。这些变化对高校人才培养工作提出更高要求,并进一步影响到高校教师的教学工作,主要体现在教学空间延伸、教学资源多样化、主体角色转变、人工智能技术与教学过程相融合等方面。为了提升高校人才培养质量、改进教学工作,高校教师应及时完善知识结构,满足学生的学习需求;提高信息素养,合理运用网络教学资源;及时转变角色,促进学生发展;熟练运用人工智能技术,创新教学方法。
The changes of talent demand in the era of artificial intelligence include:innovative and compound talents have become the new favorite;The demand for man-machine collaborative talents surges;Independent learning and lifelong learning are essential characteristics of talents.These changes put forward higher requirements for talent training in colleges and universities,and further affect the teaching work of college teachers,which is mainly reflected in the extension of teaching space,the diversification of teaching resources,the transformation of the main role,and the integration of artificial intelligence technology and teaching process.In order to improve the quality of college personnel training and teaching work,college teachers should perfect the knowledge structure in time to meet the learning needs of students;Improve information literacy and make reasonable use of network teaching resources;Timely change the role to promote the development of students;Skilled use of artificial intelligence technology,innovative teaching methods.
