摘要
原发性失眠(PI)是一种常见的睡眠障碍,其神经病理学机制尚不明确。静息态功能磁共振成像(rs-fMRI)是研究PI神经病理学机制的有力手段之一。本文从局部脑区和脑网络2个层面,总结了目前PI患者rs-fMRI的相关研究,为进一步探索PI的神经病理学机制提供理论基础和研究依据。
Primary insomnia(PI)is a common sleep disorder,and its neuropathological mechanisms are not yet clear.Resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging(rs-fMRI)is one of the powerful methods for studying the neuropathological mechanisms of PI.This article summarizes the current research on rs-fMRI in PI patients from two perspectives of local brain regions and brain networks,so as to provide a theoretical and research basis for further exploring the neuropathological mechanisms of PI.
