γ-谷氨酰转移酶和尿酸对子痫前期的临床诊断价值分析

Analysis on clinical diagnostic value ofγ-glutamyltransferase and uric acid for preeclampsia

目的探讨血清γ-谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)和尿酸(UA)对子痫前期的临床诊断价值。方法选取2020年1月—2022年1月在江西省妇幼保健院产科诊断为子痫前期的患者550例为子痫前期组,另选取同期健康体检的正常孕妇547例为对照组。比较两组孕妇血清GGT和UA表达水平。分析二者辅助诊断子痫前期的临床价值。结果子痫前期组和对照组孕妇血清GGT水平分别为16.00(1.00,31.00)U/L,10.00(3.00,17.00)U/L,血清UA水平分别为449.50(272.00,627.00)μmol/L,329.00(221.00,437.00)μmol/L;子痫前期组孕妇的血清GGT、UA水平均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(Z=-11.187,-16.189,均P<0.05)。单独检测血清GGT、UA及两指标联合辅助诊断子痫前期的受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线下面积分别为0.701、0.782、0.831。结论血清GGT、UA水平对子痫前期的辅助诊断有良好的临床价值,联合检测的价值更高。

Objective To explore the clinical diagnostic value of serum γ-glutamyltransferase(GGT)and uric acid(UA)for preeclampsia.Methods A total of 550 patients with preeclampsia in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as preeclampsia group,and 547 normal pregnant women who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as control group.Serum GGT and UA levels of pregnant women were compared between the two groups.The clinical value of GGT and UA in auxiliary diagnosis of preeclampsia was analyzed.Results The serum levels of GGT in preeclampsia group and control group were 16.00(1.00,31.00)U/L and 10.00(3.00,17.00)U/L,respectively;and the serum levels of UA in preeclampsia group and control group were 449.50(272.00,627.00)μmol/L and 329.00(221.00,437.00)μmol/L,respectively.The levels of serum GGT and UA in preeclampsia group were significantly higher than those in control group(Z=-11.187,-16.189,P<0.05).The area under receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve of GGT alone,UA alone,and GGT combined with UA for auxiliary diagnosis of preeclampsia were 0.701,0.782,and 0.831,respectively.Conclusion The levels of serum GGT and UA have good clinical value in auxiliary diagnosis of preeclampsia,and the value of combined detection is higher.
