卵巢癌患者人附睾蛋白4 miR-200a抗心磷脂抗体临床表达意义及诊断价值

Clinical significance and diagnostic value of HE4,miR-200a and ACA in ovarian cancer patients

目的探讨卵巢癌患者的人附睾蛋白4(HE4)、miR-200a、抗心磷脂抗体(ACA)表达变化及诊断价值。方法选取2020年3月—2022年6月湖州市中医院收治的25例卵巢癌患者和25例健康志愿者为研究对象,依次纳入病例组、健康组;收集病例组患者的临床分期资料,检测两组研究对象的HE4、miR-200a及ACA表达差异,绘制ROC曲线分析HE4、miR-200a及ACA指标对诊断卵巢癌的临床效能。结果与健康组比较,病例组的HE4、miR-200a及ACA均呈高表达(P<0.05);HE4、miR-200a及ACA 3项检查联合诊断准确率、AUC、灵敏度及特异度均明显高于单独诊断(t=27.458、30.158、11.645、21.867、19.421,均P<0.05)。结论HE4、miR-200a和ACA在卵巢癌患者中异常高表达,HE4、miR-200a及ACA 3项可作为卵巢癌重要的肿瘤标记物,3项联合诊断可以作为卵巢癌筛查的有效参考方案。

Objective To investigate the expression and diagnostic value of Humanepididymisprotein4(HE4),miR-200a and Anticardiolipin(ACA)in patients with ovarian cancer.Methods A total of 25 patients with ovarian cancer and 25 healthy volunteers admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were successively included in the case group and the healthy group.The clinical stage data of the case group were collected,and the expression differences of HE4,miR-200a and ACA between the two groups were detected.The ROC curve was drawn to analyze the clinical efficacy of HE4,miR-200a and ACA indicators in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer.Results Compared with the healthy group,the case group had high expressions of HE4,miR-200a and ACA(t=27.458,30.158,11.645,21.867,19.421,all P<0.05).The accuracy,AUC,sensitivity and specificity of combined diagnosis of HE4,miR-200a and ACA significantly increased than those of single diagnosis(P<0.05).Conclusion HE4,miR-200a and ACA are abnormally highly expressed in patients with ovarian cancer.HE4,miR-200a and ACA can be used as important tumor markers for ovarian cancer,and their combined diagnosis can be used as an effective reference program for ovarian cancer screening.
