摘要
教育是成全人的过程,超常教育是因材施教的重要体现,是创新人才培养的教育模式之一。东北育才学校从1986年开始超常教育实验,是国内较早开展、至今仍在坚持探索的为数不多的中学之一。为把超常学生培养成“具有战略视野的科学家”,使其成为“具有创新精神、人文素养并勇于担当、推动社会进步、促进世界和平”的人,东北育才学校坚持科技性与人文性并举,学科素养提升与非智力因素培养并重,在精神引领、课程建设、队伍锤炼、评价改革等方面进行持续探索,积极构建促进学生成长的生命场域,呵护并发展每一名学生的个性潜能。
Education is the process of cultivating individuals,and the cultivating of gifted children is an important manifestation of individualized teaching,and is one of the educational models for cultivating innovative talents.Northeast Yucai School has been conducting gifted education experiments since 1986 and is one of the few middle schools in China that has been conducting early and still persistently exploring.In order to cultivate the gifted students into "scientists with strategic vision" who have the characteristics of "innovative spirit,humanistic literacy,courage to take responsibility,promote social progress,and promote world peace",the school adheres to the combination of science,technology and humanities,and emphasizes both the improvement of subject literacy and the cultivation of non-intellectual factors.It continues to explore in areas such as spiritual guidance,curriculum construction,team building,and evaluation reform,to actively build a life field that promotes student growth,nurturing and developing the individual potential of each student.
