浅析县域中小学教师专业发展的现状和需求——以保定市阜平县为例

摘要 县域中小学教师队伍建设是乡村教育振兴的重要内容。基于阜平县域的调查显示,中小学教师存在自身专业认知不足、学历层次有待提高、年轻教师缺乏专业引领、教科研能力水平欠缺等问题。促进县域中小学教师专业发展要从满足教师专业发展的内生需求和外生需求两方面开展工作。在内生需求方面,要注意教师职业理想与道德的建立、专业知识和技能的提升、学科素养及体系的建构、课程理念和方法的学习、管理方法及手段的优化、科研能力和水平的提高。在外生需求方面,要引导教师学会终身学习、实践家校社协同育人、掌握信息技术教学技能。 The construction of county-level primary and secondary school teacher teams is an important part of rural education revitalization.A survey based on Fuping County shows that primary and secondary school teachers have shortcomings such as insufficient professional knowledge,need to improve their educational level,lack of professional guidance among young teachers,and insufficient teaching and research capabilities.Plans to promote the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers in counties should be carried out from two aspects,namely meeting the endogenous and exogenous needs of teacher professional development.In terms of endogenous needs,attention should be paid to the establishment of teacher professional ideals and ethics,the improvement of professional knowledge and skills,the construction of disciplinary literacy and systems,the learning of curriculum concepts and methods,the optimization of management methods and means,and the improvement of scientific research ability and level.In terms of external needs,teachers should be guided to love lifelong learning,practice home school collaborative education,and master information technology teaching skills.
