Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Higher Education Institutions in the Digital and Intelligent Era:Global Trends and Local Implications

数智时代为高校创新创业教育带来新的机遇和挑战,也对高层次创新创业人才培养提出了新的需求。在数智时代,全球高校创新创业教育呈现出以下六大趋势,即深化创新创业教育战略、提升创新创业教育组织能力、培养全球高科技创业者、数字赋能创新创业教学、加强创业生态系统建设和关注创新创业影响力。中国高校创新创业教育既要回应全球高校创新创业教育的发展趋势,也要深入结合我国新发展格局和教育强国建设的时代需求,从主动对接国家重大战略需求,提升创新创业教育的领导力与组织力,加强创新创业教育内容与方法的适切性和有效性,以及打造政产学研用一体化的开环生态等方面着力。

The emergence and development of digital and intelligent era has brought both opportunities and challenges to innovation and entrepreneurship education(IEE)in higher education institutions(HEIs),and has also put forward new demands for the cultivation of high-level innovative and entrepreneurial talents.In the digital and intelligent era,there are six major trends of the global IEE,namely deepening the strategies of IEE,enhancing the organizational capacity of IEE,cultivating technology entrepreneurs with global perspectives,empowering IEE with digital technology,strengthening the construction of IEE ecosystem,and attaching great importance to the impact of IEE.The development of IEE in China should not only respond to the global trends,but also deeply integrate with China’s new development pattern and the needs of building a powerful nation of education.The HEIs should be more active in aligning with major national strategic needs,enhance the leadership and organizational capacity of IEE,strengthen the appropriateness and effectiveness of IEE content and method,as well as building an integrated open-loop ecosystem of government,industry,academia,research and application.
