In the early stage of reform and opening-up,with the proposal of Chinese modernization,the modernization of medicine and healthcare clearly defined the development goal of following its own path.Over the past 40 years of reform and opening-up,the Chinese modernization in medicine and healthcare has been driven by maintaining people's health and promoting modernization construction.Based on the national conditions,adhering to the health work policy,leveraging the wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine,and striving for reform and innovation,it has made important contributions to the comprehensive construction of a moderately prosperous society and laid a solid foundation for building a Healthy China.The practice of Chinese modernization in medicine and healthcare has proved that modernization is not equal to westernization.Chinese modernization is the best way to meet the interests of the Chinese people,is the only choice to promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and is also the modernization road to bring benefits to the people of the world.
