青少年铸牢中华民族共同体意识协同机制建构

Constructing the Collaborative Mechanism of Solidifying the Community Sense of the Chinese Nation among Youngsters

铸牢中华民族共同体意识是习近平总书记在新时代背景下提出的重大原创性论断,是新时代民族工作的“纲”,是青少年拥护祖国统一、加强民族团结的精神力量之源。建构青少年铸牢中华民族共同体意识协同机制,需以习近平总书记关于铸牢中华民族共同体意识的讲话为统领,厘清“四个共同”“五个认同”、马克思主义“五观”之于青少年铸牢中华民族共同体意识的内涵要义。在此基础上,遵循“知—情—意—行”的心理逻辑,坚持“家—校—社”的多元协同,确保“党—团—队”的一体联动,进而建构全方位、立体化的青少年铸牢中华民族共同体意识协同机制。要实现这一机制,需建立大中小一体化的育人体系,助推青少年铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育的常态化发展;创设家校社协同育人空间,促进青少年铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育的互嵌式发展;完善党团队一体化育人链条,实现青少年铸牢中华民族共同体意识的贯通式发展。

Solidifying the sense of Chinese national community is a major original statement put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping in the new era,which is the"guideline"for the development of ethnic work in the new era and the source of spiritual strength for young people to support the national unity and integrity.To construct a collaborative mechanism for cultivating the sense of the Chinese national community among young people,we need to take General Secretary Xi Jinping's speeches on this theme as the guiding principle,clarify the connotations and key points of the"four cohesive aspects","five identifications",and the"five perspectives"of Marxism in regard to cultivating the sense of the Chinese national community among young people.Based on this,we need to follow the psychological logic of"knowledge-emotion-attitudeaction",adhere to the multi-dimensional collaboration of"family-school-community",ensure the unified synergy and integrated collaboration of"Party-Communist Youth League Team-Young Pioneers",so as to construct a comprehensive and three-dimensional collaborative mechanism for cultivating the sense of the Chinese national community among young people.To achieve this mechanism,it is necessary to establish an integrated educational system for various levels,promote the normalized development of education on cultivating the sense of the Chinese national community among young people,create collaborative spaces between families,schools,and communities to facilitate the interconnected development of education on cultivating the sense of the Chinese national community among young people,and improve the integrated education chain of Party,the Young Pioneers and Communist Youth League Team to achieve the comprehensive development of cultivating the sense of the Chinese national community among young people.
