摘要 目的:观察六字诀呼吸操联合吸气肌训练对脑卒中患者肺功能、呼吸力学及日常活动能力的影响。方法:选取就诊我院就诊卒中患者共66例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各33例。两组在基础治疗基础上,对照组予以常规康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上,予以六字诀呼吸操联合POWER-breathe KH2呼吸训练器吸气肌训练。记录并对比两组干预前后呼吸力学[最大吸气压(MIP)、最大呼气压(MEP)]、肺功能[力呼气量(FVC)、1秒用力呼气量占预计值百分比(FEV_(1)%)、1秒用力呼气量/用力呼气量(FEV_(1)/FVC)]、改良Barthel指数量表(MBI)。结果:治疗后,两组MIP、MEP均较干预前升高(P<0.05),且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组FVC、FEV_(1)%、FEV_(1)/FVC均较干预前升高(P<0.05),且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组MBI评分均较干预前升高(P<0.05),且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:六字诀呼吸操联合吸气肌训练有利于提高脑卒中患者吸气肌肌力,改善肺功能,提高日常生活能力。 Objective:Observation on the Effect of Six Character Formula Breathing Exercise Combined with Inspiratory Muscle Training on Pulmonary Function,Respiratory Mechanics,and Daily Activity Ability of Stroke Patients;The Effect of Six Character Formula Breathing Exercise Combined with Inspiratory Muscle Training on Pulmonary Function,Respiratory Mechanics,and Daily Activity Ability of Stroke Patients.Methods:A total of 66 cases of stroke patients were selected and divided into 33 cases each in the control group and the observation group according to the method of randomized numerical table.On the basis of basic treatment,the control group was given conventional rehabilitation training,and the observation group was given six-word breathing exercise combined with POWER-breathe KH2 breathing trainer inspiratory muscle training on the basis of the control group.Record and compare the respiratory mechanics[maximum inspiratory pressure(MIP),maximum expiratory pressure(MEP)],lung function[forced expiratory volume(FVC),percentage of forced expiratory volume in 1 second to expected value(FEV_(1)%),forced expiratory volume/forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV_(1)/FVC)],and modified Barthel index scale(MBI)before and after intervention between two groups.Results:After treatment,MIP and MEP in both groups increased compared to before intervention(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,FVC,FEV_(1)%,and FEV_(1)/FVC in both groups increased compared to before intervention(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the MBI scores of both groups increased compared to before intervention(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The combination of six character breathing exercises and inspiratory muscle training is beneficial for improving inspiratory muscle strength,lung function,and daily living ability in stroke patients.
