摘要
地域文化融入学校文化的过程是一个从“传统”中发掘“现代”的过程,这一过程也是从文化自觉走向文化自信,进而走向文化自强的过程,最终形成学校现代化的“中国式”与“中国态”。学校文化创新源于本土文化自觉,地域文化与学校文化存在内在精神和发展方向的一致性,地域文化主要以“集聚教育资源”和“发掘教育意蕴”的方式进入学校文化,学校文化引入地域文化要有理性的文化自觉,也要有一定限度。本研究持续关注齐鲁大地一所小学通过融入地域文化到学校文化,以此凝练与建构出个性化的办学理念,统摄于课程的开发与实施、环境空间的想象与搭建,最终促进了学校文化的整体转型和优化。通过发扬光大优秀文化传统走向文化自强并融入地域文化的学校文化建设,能够生成出具有共性和个性的理念和目标,敞现出从事件开掘到价值凝练、从课程开发到理念贯注、从氛围扩散到整体重建的路径与对策,不但激活和焕发地域文化的活力和创造力,而且推动可持续发展的学校文化现代化。
Integrating regional culture into school culture is a process of discovering"modernity"from"tradition.”It is a process of moving from cultural consciousness to cultural self-confidence and then to cultural self-improvement,ultimately forming the"Chinese style"and"Chinese attitude"of school modernization.School cultural innovation originates from local cultural consciousness.There is consistency in the inherent spirit and development direction between regional culture and school culture.Regional culture mainly enters school culture in the way of"gathering educational resources"and"exploring educational implications",and introducing regional culture into school culture requires rational cultural consciousness,and there must be certain limits.This study continues to focus on a primary school in Qilu Land by integrating regional culture into school culture.In this way,a personalized school-running concept is condensed and constructed,which is integrated into the development and implementation of the curriculum,the imagination and construction of the environmental space,and finally,promotes the overall transformation and optimization of the school culture.By carrying forward the excellent cultural tradition to cultural selfimprovement and integrating it into the regional culture of the school culture,it can generate ideas and goals with both common and individualized features and reveal the paths and countermeasures from event excavation to value condensation,from curriculum development to idea penetration,from atmosphere diffusion to overall reconstruction,which not only activates and rejuvenates the vitality and creativity of regional culture,but also promotes the modernization of school culture for sustainable development.
