摘要 中国特色现代学徒制已成为新时代职业教育培养技术技能型人才的主要模式。学校和企业作为现代学徒制的双主体,在人才培养过程中发挥着同等重要的作用。通过对现代学徒制教育质量评价的内涵及特征分析,提出搭建现代学徒制育人共同体实践平台、建构教育质量评价模型框架、制定多维度综合评价体系的策略,据此,进一步提出完善现代学徒制管理制度、落实校企双主体育人职责、优选校企“双元”导师、建立科学规范的质量考评体系等实施路径。 The modern apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics has become the main model for cultivating technical and skilled talents in vocational education in the new era.Schools and enterprises,as the dual entities of modern apprenticeship,play equally important roles in the process of talent cultivation.Through the analysis of the connotation and characteristics of the quality evaluation of modern apprenticeship education,strategies are proposed to build a practical platform for modern apprenticeship education community,construct an education quality evaluation model framework,and develop a multi-dimensional comprehensive evaluation system.Based on this,further implementation paths are proposed to improve the management system of modern apprenticeship,implement the responsibilities of school-enterprise dual education,select school-enterprise“dual”mentors,and establish a scientific and standardized quality evaluation system.
