叙事视角下中华优秀传统文化赋能职业院校劳动教育策略研究

A Study on the Strategies of Empowering Labor Education in Vocational Colleges with Chinese Excellent Traditional Culture from the Narrative Perspective

中华优秀传统文化中蕴含的生命认知提供了劳动思维和价值重塑的驱动力,蕴含的道德情感提供了劳动伦理重建的驱动力。当前,职业院校劳动教育中存在着文化治理和文化认同缺失的问题。因为劳动教育本身的过程性,以及关注个体的成长性情节等特点,使得劳动叙事最容易成为一种教育力量,在这样的背景下,更容易激发文化创新活力和推动中华优秀传统文化现代化发展。通过“劳动叙事”的视角,提出中华优秀传统文化赋能劳动教育的策略:厚植劳动“主客统一”思维,培养劳动生态伦理;强化劳动神话叙事,培养劳动责任价值观;建构“极精益”叙事,培养劳动工匠精神;开展“天道酬勤”过程性叙事,培养劳动创造性思维。

The life cognition contained in the Chinese excellent traditional culture provides the driving force for the reconstruction of labor thinking and value,and the moral emotion contains the driving force for the reconstruction of labor ethics.At present,the lack of cultural governance and cultural identity exists in the labor education of vocational colleges.Because of the process of labor education itself and the characteristics of focusing on the growth of individuals,labor narrative is the most easy to become an educational force,and in such a background,it is easier to stimulate cultural innovation and promoting the modernization of Chinese excellent traditional culture.From the perspective of“labor narrative”,this paper puts forward the strategies of Chinese excellent traditional culture to empower labor education:cultivate the thinking of“subject-object unity”and cultivate labor ecological ethics;strengthen the narration of labor myth and cultivate the value of labor responsibility;construct“extremely lean”narrative and cultivate the spirit of labor craftsman;develop the process narrative of“Heaven rewards the diligent”and cultivate the creative thinking of labor.
