摘要
智能聊天机器人ChatGPT的问世在教育界引发了广泛的讨论,人们一方面叹服于它强大的语言分析与生成能力,另一方面也担忧随之而来的风险。职教教师作为职业教育的主体,其专业发展也必然会受到ChatGPT热潮的影响。ChatGPT对职教教师的专业发展具有赋能和颠覆的双重属性。ChatGPT在促进职教教师专业发展方面的作用是再构职教教师专业理念、扩增职教教师专业知识、提升职教教师专业能力。同时,ChatGPT也为职教教师的专业发展带来了新的挑战,使得职教教师面临情感漠视和主体淡化的威胁、知识体系坍塌的危机、去技能化与角色替代的风险。为了应对这些挑战,构建了一条以ChatGPT为代表的人工智能技术赋能职教教师专业发展的突破路径,旨在为职教教师专业发展提供理论和实践参考,推动职业教育数字化转型升级。
The advent of the intelligent chatbot ChatGPT has triggered a wide discussion in the educational community.People admire its powerful language analysis and generation ability on the one hand,and worry about the attendant risks on the other hand.As the main body of vocational education,the professional development of vocational teachers is bound to be affected by ChatGPT.ChatGPT has the dual attributes of empowering and subverting the professional development of vocational education teachers.ChatGPT reconstructs the professional concept of vocational education teachers,expands their professional knowledge,and improves their professional ability.At the same time,ChatGPT also brings new challenges to the professional development of vocational education teachers,making them face the risk of emotional indifference and body dilution,the crisis of knowledge system collapse,the risk of de-skilling and role replacement.In order to meet these challenges,this paper constructs a breakthrough path for the professional development of vocational education teachers empowered by artificial intelligence technology represented by ChatGPT,aiming to provide theoretical and practical reference for the professional development of vocational education teachers and promote the digital transformation and upgrading of vocational education.
