叶施有机硒肥对桃果实品质及蔗糖代谢的影响

摘要 【目的】寻找桃果实叶施有机硒肥最佳富硒方案。【方法】以桃品种‘黄金密4号’为试验材料,设置有机硒肥质量浓度梯度0 mg/L、30 mg/L、60 mg/L、90 mg/L、120 mg/L,在果实膨大期分别进行3次叶面喷施,测定桃果实硒含量、单果质量、果形指数、果实硬度、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸、糖酸比、维生素C含量、蔗糖合成酶活性、蔗糖磷酸合成酶活性、酸性转化酶活性、中性转化酶活性。【结果】叶施有机硒肥后,桃果实的单果质量、果实硬度和可溶性固形物含量得到显著提高,但是维生素C含量整体低于对照组;SS、AI活性增强,SPS、NI则活性降低;【结论】综合试验结果表明,有机硒肥处理能有效提高桃果实硒含量,改善桃果实的综合品质。 [Objective]To find the best selenium enrichment scheme of organic selenium fertilizer in peach fruit leaves.[Methods]Peach variety‘Jinmi No.4’was used as experimental material,and the organic selenium fertilizer concentration gradients of 0 mg/L,30 mg/L,60 mg/L,90 mg/L and 120 mg/L were set,and the leaves were sprayed three times during the fruit expansion stage.Selenium content,single fruit mass,fruit shape index,fruit hardness,soluble solid,titrable acid,sugar-acidratio,vitamin C content,sucrose synthetase activity,sucrose phosphate synthetase activity,acid invertase activity,neutral invertase activity of peach fruit were determined.[Results]After organic selenium fertilizer was applied to leaves,the fruit weight,fruit hardness and soluble solid content of peach fruit were significantly increased.But the vitamin C content was lower than that of the control group.The activities of SS and AI were increased,while the activities of SPS and NI were decreased.[Conclusion]The comprehensive test results show that organic selenium fertilizer treatment can effectively increase the selenium content of peach fruit and improve the comprehensive quality of peach fruit.
