摘要
介绍了位于长三角地区的某冶炼厂污染土壤的修复实施过程。土壤污染物类型为重金属,采用“异地固化稳定化+陶粒窑/砖瓦窑”协同处置技术修复。经修复后,场地铜、锌、铅、镉浓度达到清理目标值,固化稳定化后的土壤浸出浓度达到GB/T 14848—2017《地下水质量标准》Ⅲ类标准。固化稳定化后的土壤外运进行陶粒窑/砖瓦窑协同处置,处置产品浸出标准满足GB 30760—2014《水泥窑协同处置固体废物技术规范》。该修复过程实现了对冶炼厂污染场地的彻底修复及土壤的资源化利用。
The implementation process of a project for the remediation of contaminated soil in a smelter plant in the Yangtze River Delta region was introduced.The soil contaminant was heavy metals,which was remediated using off-site solidification and stabilization and ceramsite kiln/brick kiln co-processing technology.After remediation,the concentrations of copper,zinc,lead,and cadmium at the site reached their cleanup target values.After solidification and stabilization,the leaching concentration of the soil reached the Class III standards of the GB/T 14848—2017“Quality Standard for Ground Water”,and then was transported to ceramsite kiln/brick kiln co-processing.The leaching standards for the co-processing products met the GB 30760—2014“Technical Specification for Co-processing of Solid Waste in Cement Kilns”.This project achieved complete remediation of contaminated sites using smelting plant and beneficial resource utilization of soil.
