日本滑雪产业助力乡村振兴的经验与启示

The Experience and Enlightenment of Japan's Skiing Industry in Rural Revitalization

近年来得益于冰雪运动的持续升温,冰雪产业链条不断拓展,滑雪产业对于我国乡村振兴具有显著的促进效应,但我国在乡村治理水平、滑雪产业发展程度等方面尚不成熟。为以滑雪产业高质量发展带动乡村振兴,研究对日本滑雪产业发展进行PEST分析,并总结出日本以滑雪产业助推乡村振兴的主要经验,包括多主体协同促进滑雪产业发展、区域融合与“六次产业化”、培育乡村滑雪产业经营主体、注重基础设施建设及推广宣传。基于此,从提升乡村产业治理能力、推动区域融合与产业融合、完善乡村基础设施建设等方面总结日本滑雪产业助力乡村振兴之于我国的启示,建议国内拥有冰雪资源的乡村,可有针对性地结合区域优势推动滑雪产业高质量发展,为乡村振兴夯实基础。

In recent years,the continuous rise in popularity of winter sports has led to the expansion of the ice and snow industry chain,with the sking industry playing a significant role in rural revitalization in China.However,China stil lacks maturity in terms of rural governance and sking industry development.To promote high-quality development of the sking industry and drive rural revitalization,this paper conducts a PEST analysis of the sking industry in Japan and summarizes the key experiences of Japan in using the sking industry to promote rural revitalization.These experiences include promoting multi-stakeholder collaboration to drive sking industry development,regional integration and the"sixth-industry"model,cultivating rural sking industry operators,and emphasizing infrastructure construction and promotion.Based on these findings,this paper provides insights for China on how the sking industry can contribute to rural revitalization,including enhancing rural industrial governance capabilities,promoting regional and industrial integration,and improving rural infrastructure construction.It is recommended that rural areas in China with ice and snow resources strategically leverage their regional advantages to promote high-quality development of the sking industry,and lay a solid foundation for rural revitalization.
